You should see his ideas on “Universally Preferable Behavior”. His entire idea there hindges on a number of blatantly false premises and a fair dose of begging the question fallacies. He’s clearly a thoughtful guy but when he gets an idea sometimes he says “okay what fallacies can I use to make this work” rather than “if I have to resort to these fallacies maybe there is an issue with my hypothesis.
